Tami has a proven record of scaling tech startups. Before co-founding and leading volv, she founded and led techSense a Product and UX agency focused on companies with complex user interactions. With over 15 years experience in the startup space, she is passionate about driving growth while fostering a culture of innovation. She holds a BA from Hampshire in Computer Science and Design.
Uri has long combined technical depth with formalism. In his 25 years of experience, he has worked at top engineering teams at Oracle Cloud & EMC as well as with small startups. His graduate research and first startup focused on privacy. Uri holds a PhD in Computer Science from Harvard.
Heather West, PhD, is a healthcare executive and systems engineer known for building scalable, patient-centered solutions at the intersection of technology, operations, and care delivery. She has been working scaling up startups consistently delivered double-digit margin and ROI improvements. She holds a double undergraduate degree from University of Missouri, and a PhD from WPI. Recognized as a 2025 CEO of the Year by Utah Business, Heather is a frequent speaker on women’s health, healthcare infrastructure, and the economics of access.
